thestylingroom Hey Danielle! Just a heads up, your order was shipped on Wednesday 4/7, but has not scanned for some reason. I notified poshmark & their email says that if it’s not scanned in by tonight, I will have to go into my post office on Monday to inquire. I have a receipt from dropping it off that I have sent to them as well.

thestylingroom Unfortunately, usps has experienced major postal delays, & isn’t prioritizing scanning like they should be. All of us Poshers are feeling the stress from it, as both buyers & sellers :/. I’m so sorry that we’re having to deal with this! I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update! :)

thestylingroom Hey Danielle! I spoke to my post master earlier this afternoon. He is going to investigate your package’s whereabouts, and is supposed to call me back by tomorrow at 12pm Central time. He said they haven’t been scanning packages as frequently, & sometimes not at all, until they’re out for delivery.

thestylingroom He also stated that their shipping has been delayed for weeks, as they’re still recovering from the freeze happening in our area over a month ago 🙄. I’ll email posh’s the details as well, and will comment when I have another update for you!

thestylingroom @tat2ddevilchick absolutely! I’m so sorry that we’re having to deal with this! As you can see from our ship time and ratings, this is not an issue we typically encounter. USPS has been on a whole other level here lately though. Rest assured, I’m doing what I can to get your package found, and I’ll make sure to communicate any updates that I get :).

I also just saw that tracking popped up for it last night finally. He said it was sorted correctly, but they’re just really behind & hadn’t gotten to it yet 🤦‍♀️.

thestylingroom @tat2ddevilchick I find this pretty unacceptable, so I just submitted a written complaint to USPS, as it’s not fair to you as a buyer, nor myself as a seller, to have to wait this long for a package to get processed before it even starts moving! Rest assured it is moving now & I’ll be watching tracking carefully until it gets to you. Again, I’m so sorry for this absurd inconvenience, & appreciate your patience & allowing me to figure out what the issue was!
