leigha___ The bag is 100 percent authentic I bought it at Nordstrom myself as for the shipping time my father passed away a week and half ago and I have been out of town and I was not home to ship so I had my mother in law ship it for me. It took her longer to ship because she had to drive 2 hours to my house to find and then shipped it. I'm am very sorry you are disappointed I would rather you returned it if you were unhappy. I have sold hundreds of items and don't receive bad ratings Again I'm sorry
