sernamatilda75 hey Danielle ser bellow w i received from poshmark customer service ..... Thanks for your email and we apologize for the inconvenience! Additional postage fees typically occur because the seller shipped out the item in the wrong box, or the item was overweight. If you do not want to pay the additional postage fees, we understand. USPS will mark your package as unclaimed and it will be sent back to the seller, who will need to repackage the item properly and request a new shipping label.

dmcclarty @sernamatilda75 The box didn’t even weigh 3lb. The item was shipped correctly. Under the shipping tracking the package was being held at the post office per the customers request. The customer reached out to me on here asking why they had to pay money to pick it up. I’m making very little off of the sale of this item $3.00 I will not be paying any amount on the shipping. Has anyone been able to reach the buyer to see what has happened?

sernamatilda75 @dmcclarty dunno either i was being charged $25.80 in order to be able to pick up i didn't make the request to be picked up at the post office is the first time this happens to me
