snl36 I just checked and it says on here my order was placed on December 22nd it also shows you were last active on December 23rd so I imagine that you saw the order that I placed I am just wondering if you plan on shipping this item to me or not I really don't want to cancel the item but as of tomorrow it is eligible to be canceled I really don't want to do that if you could please get back to me I would really appreciate it

snl36 I really do not like having to cancel orders it does not look good on you as a seller and as a buyer I really don't like doing that to anybody so if you could please get back to me and let me know the status of my order I would really appreciate it I'm sorry if you feel that I am nagging you or being a pest in any way I'm not trying to be I'm simply trying to figure out what exactly is going on and if I'm going to be receiving this item or not

snl36 I just wanted to let you know that the order I canceled I paid for that order with a gift card it is no longer in my possession so guess what I don't get a refund so you get to sit at home with your palette that I ordered and paid for and I can't even get a refund for it and you don't even get penalized that's wonderful isn't it I hope somebody does this to you one day so you will know how I feel right now cuz it isn't really fair

snl36 I am already on a limited income and I use this gift card that I received as a gift for graduating school for Esthetics I'm not even able to get my money back now because I paid for it with a Visa gift card that I no longer have in my possession because who keeps a gift card that doesn't have a balance on it so you didn't ship the item I'm out the money and you're still able to sell on here it's not fair and you could have responded to me I've seen you been active
