cortberg92 Hi. I am unsure how you can say you never received the item, you had three days after the delivery came to discuss any issues with the item.

daniellesalman @cortberg92 I order a lot of things and do not keep tabs on how many days it takes for an item to arrive. Today I have been noticing that this order is taking a while so I went to check the status. I saw that it said delivered but I never received it.

cortberg92 @daniellesalman if you order a lot of things from posh mark, you should also know you have three days after saying delivered to come forward with any discrepancies or issues there may be. I apologize as this as never happened before, I would check the tracking number and contact the carrier.

daniellesalman @cortberg92 I don’t know why you’re being hostile... I was just reporting that I never received it. I never came to you with any complaints. If I didn’t receive it then I didn’t receive it. I order things online overall, not necessarily from Poshmark. I wasn’t familiar with the 3 day process you’re referring to.
