myflstuff I'm sorry you were not happy with the packaging on the item I shipped you. When you rate an item, it should be just on the item itself - not how it was packaged. My focus is to always make sure the item is clean (which it was - so not sure why you rated cleanliness as needed improvement - it had just been laundered) and that the package arrives to you safe. I always double bag to make sure your item does not get affected if it is left in the rain.
