petsabellametsa Did you accept the shoes? A seller's money is held up to one week. The buyer needs to accept the order (to release the money) if the item arrives as described in the listing. If it is broken or falsely represented, the buyer requests a refund. How many days have passed since you bought the item?

petsabellametsa If you are not sure: click your tiny circle profile pic to obtain a drop down menu (top right of your screen). Then click purchases. Look at Order Status. The status should be in blue, it will show you if item has been sent & where in the shipping process it is.

cdjjm5 @petsabellametsa I ordered two shoes and I accidentally accepted one order but it was the other pair I had received. I then went to correct it and I couldn’t and tried whet ahold of the seller. She knows she didn’t send it, how rude of her. What do I do in this situation?

petsabellametsa Can you click refund for the listing you did receive? You can then explain what happened to Poshmark in comments that go w the refund. If you run out of room, send multiple comments (as ea comment can have around 500 letters). Posh can hold the money and send you a refund. However, once the money is given to the seller, I don't know what they can do. So act quickly.
