the_wire_hanger Hello. You recently just purchased a North Face jacket from me. I was unaware of the small holes in the pockets. Instead of excepting the 3 stars I would much rather just refund your money. There is no reason for you to keep an item that you are unhappy with and no reason anyone should be satisfied with wearing a 3 star item. Thank you and I will be waiting to follow through with the refund.

daniellereetzi @the_wire_hanger Hello! I didn’t realize I had any messages, I didn’t really feel the need to return it, I just safety pinned the pocket. I’m not sure if that’s what you meant by a refund but I would rather not go through the trouble of returning it. If I can undo the 3 stars for you, I will but would love to know how. Thank you!
