melodylegacy Hi Lynn, this is Melody. I’m the one who bought the tranquil nights sheets. I love them and I immediately put them in the wash and as I put them on the bed 2 of the pillowcases had log slits in them. I already accepted them but I’m just wondering if they’re seconds. Also ordered another set from another posture and had no problem that’s really weird because they hadn’t been opened. Maybe it came from the factory but I’m really disappointed. Anyway not your fault just was wondering. Thanks 😊

d_walther @melodylegacy awe I’m so sorry to hear that. Maybe call the manufacturer. They maybe able to help you. You can see that I never opened them. I’m guessing it was a manufacturing defect 🥲

d_walther @melodylegacy the contact info for the company should be on the packaging. Since the package was never opened I didn’t know. If I would have known I would have never sold them. Hopefully the company can help you. Usually companies are really good with that. I feel bad. Stay safe 😊

melodylegacy @d_walther Please. No worries. The sheets an 2 pillow cases are ok Unfortunately I already threw away the package It’s all good. I put the 2 cases on the ones we sleep on and the other on extra pillows. Thanks again 😊

d_walther @melodylegacy divatex home fashions in New York is the manufacturer. There number is 212-252-0802. You can look at the second picture from my post and see there address. I googled it to get the phone number. They might need info from the package. Hope this helps.
