lous_shop @danielleboo3 Mam, this is a first for me. The manufacturer of the gold Filled necklace puts that clasp on all the chains I use with the Tory Burch Charm. I have always gotten 5 stars for the necklace. I have never ever received 1 Star on the almost 2 years I’ve been on Poshmark. I cannot help you have small hands. Please contact Poshmark support so you may return. Please return.
