glacierdani @aq_artisforever hi there. I canceled that order on April 25 because it still hadn’t been marked as shipped and pushers have really been flaking on me lately. I did receive it a week ago though which really confused me because the order status was cancelled on my account and I received a refund already and the order was completed. I’d reach out to posh support to fix the issue. Hopefully that helps... I’m not really sure how to fix it without support.

I contacted you multiple times, and I haven’t heard back the last two times. @aimeenpeters also reached out to you directly. She bought it for her honeymoon. You told me you would ship it out last Friday. What is the problem? There was a mixup. She promptly shipped you the dress; we are still waiting for you to send the jacket.

glacierdani @clfournier0718 what is the problem? You made a mistake and I’m little equipped to fix it for you at the moment. I am agoraphobic/ bipolar and in the middle of a major depressive episode. this is the last and least of my worries. I have a hard enough time leaving my bed right now and you want me to go to the freaking post office? That may seem easy to you but right now it is next to impossible for me. All I can say is I’m working on it.
