mariacvf Hi. I think the local post office is not shipping out your item. Last time something like this happened I went there and started out a claim and the package started tracking the very next day. I m going to be out of town next three days, if I can find a post office I ll claim the package, but if you happen to be at a post office please do so too. I want you to get it as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay..

mariacvf @danielle_hiller hi! I went to the post office today, and I was told that only the receiver can claim the package. They also told me that due to Covid the flights from Michigan to CA have been reduced to half and that two weeks transit now is not rare. Sorry! 😐

danielle_hiller @mariacvf thanks for looking into this! I filed a claim online with USPS about it on Tuesday but haven’t heard back yet. They said it could take up to 3 days to hear back so I’m going to give them a call tomorrow if I still don’t hear back. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks!
