julsray Hi Danie Roberts. I made a purchase on your listing on Friday, July 12 for Order #: 5d28b962eeb523ed07d2a573 today and it’s a wrong item (a pair of kids size 7 shoes) which is not even on your listing or what I ordered. Please I would like to received the dress that I purchased or a FULL refund back and I’ll gladly returned the pair of kids shoes that I received. I will be notifying Posh Mark of this and I hope this was an honest mistake.

My Order # is: 5d28b962eeb523ed07d2a573 which is a Blue/Black formal dress. I would gladly send her back the item that I received once I received the actual item that I purchased or a Full Refund back.

flippintreasure @julsray This sometimes happens. A pusher will get multiple orders and put the wrong address on a package. Most likely someone else may have gotten your dress or maybe she has not sent it out yet. Try to touch basis with the pusher that you received the package from. You can also not accept the package and notify poshmark if she does not reply. However 9xs out of 10 it was a mistake and most pushers will go above and beyond to fix the problem♡♡♡

I’ve never had a problem like this before and I’ve made countless of purchases on this platform. I am willing to send the item that I received back to the seller once I get my correct item. danie2051 @julsray I'm totally confused about this process of who is notified about what. I am terribly sorry that the wrong tag got put on the wrong item. Both items went out which means the person who should have gotten the shoes (they are actually a size 7 women shoe), got your dress and vice-versa. I need to try to contact the other purchaser as well to get this straightened out but need to see how to do this. I am really sorry that this happened.

flippintreasure @danie2051 If you go into your sales tab you should be able to see your sales. You can then reach out to the person who was suppose to got the shoes. Click on the name and leave them a message. You will also be able to see if it has been delivered or not. Hope this helps♡
