deuce90 @dhdh1two - Hi Danielle! I boxed up your order, but it’s 14lbs😳😳. Posh only gives labels up to 10lbs so I’ve contacted customer support to ask what they’d recommend I do. I could take some items out and send separately but I’ll first see what they advise. If they respond today, I’ll drop at the post office. They said 24hrs response, so it may be tomorrow. Just wanted to keep you updated!

deuce90 @dhdh1two Danielle- hate to bother you, but one of the expert poshers told me how to get around the overage issue. Unfortunately they said we will need to split the bundle in 2 so that neither is over 10lbs. She recommended cancelling and repurchasing. Can you call me so we can make sure we cancel and repurchase at the same time for the same costs? Sorry for confusion, I’ve never had an order over 10lbs. My cell is (484) 802-4481. Thx.

dhdh1two I did not know WHO owned this coat previously. So, no intended slight against your grandmother. I didn't bring her into this. You did. No matter who owned the coats (or any sentimental complications), it reeks of a smell (albeit chemical or unknown origin) AND YES, IT SHEDS. I opened the box (before unwrapping the plastic you had it in), a portion was exposes and lint fell out on me, my sofa and rug. Intent not withstanding, this is how this came to me. I want to return and get my money back.
