angeeramos hello I made a huge mistake you purchased my Rothys and I sent the wrong ones I contacted posh already can you please send back the wrong one's and I'll get the correct ones straight back out to you IM SO SO SORRY for any inconvenience. angeeramos @madame_b27 oh absolutely posh will tell us what to do next I believe they will send you a return label to stick on there lets wait and see what they do i just wanted to give you a heads up take a look at them when you recieve them and you ordered the black ones correct? I sent you my teal color ones i believe with the pointed toe ohhh no anyhow in So sorry I'll see what posh instructs us to do THANK YOU SO MUCH ♡

madame_b27 @angeeramos They haven't sent the address to me. I have to go through the steps on the website and then they'll send me the address. Maybe you can reach out to them and make sure your address is updated before I even receive them so when I go through the steps it'll be the correct address.

angeeramos @madame_b27 ok is probably sitting at your Postoffice does your mail come to your home or your Postoffice box if its a package?

angeeramos if it don't fit in your box the Postoffice should give you a paper slip to pick up from them so if not today it should definitely be tomorrow or Wednesday the very latest just let me know once you have it them again my posh friend ☆

angeeramos @madame_b27 ok you won't believe this i have great news The package your receiving IS what you ordered the ones i thought i mailed you had fallen behind my other inventory So with that being said I'm reaching back out to posh to make them aware of this WOW In my 4 years of poshing this is a first for me and THANK GOODNESS I HAVE a understanding customer in all this. ♡ So we wait until it arrives and go from there.

angeeramos @madame_b27 hello i went post office today they said I have to give it until the 5th before they'll let me file a lost claim they didn't scan it is why it's not tracking and they believe it went regular mail because it was in a small box not a priority box only a priority label so I'm very shook up over this I feel they'll lost my shoes but I'll wait until the 5th like they instructed me .. your welcome to cancel your order So sorry for this

madame_b27 @angeeramos apparently it started tracking—I just got a message asking if I want to keep or cancel so I selected keep. Looks like they’re in Philly now so hopefully within the next couple of days I’ll havethem!
