rds1289 @savvynsassy hi! I have a question and I’m so confused! So I purchased a purse yesterday and now when I check it’s showing that the listing is unavailable! I emailed posh to see what’s going on, but I thought you can’t delete a post once it’s sold? The seller doesn’t have any other listing so there’s no way for me to contact them 😔

savvynsassy @rds1289 On your phone using the app, you can click on the lower right corner (looks like an ID card) and all your info comes up. Scroll down to “my purchases” and you will be able to see the information with the seller’s info. You should be able to reach out to them that way. Please let me know if this helps!!

savvynsassy @rds1289 I hope you were not either and I hope you didn’t spend too much 😳. If it is showing up under “my purchases” though, their information will be there for you to leave a message on their profile (like this). If not, they had to register with poshmark and the execs should be able to give you some answers. I’m so sorry. Not all listings are this way. Some of us really are trying to recycle our goods and help others in finding good deals. I hate it if this was your first transaction!
