crossaffliction Hi! Would it be ok if I sent you the exact same cosmetic bag just with different colored trim? When I went to pack the original cosmetic bag you purchased, I found it drenched in water colors from a cracked water globe. The second bag is in the exact same condition, it just has hunter green trim instead of off white. I did not want to send the bag without asking first. Thanks! :) Kim

mrsshaynacruz @daniellegrie253 spoke to postal service . I have a new service request number which is 06814194 . They have no record of it ever being scanned in so they are doing an investigation . I can most definitely see what I can do to get you a refund or CX this order and if miraculously they find this package and mail it to you can totally just keep it no charge .
