Hi! My name is Danielle. I'm a sucker for a great deal! I usually try and buy bundles if there is enough product I'm interested in. Some of my interests included.. Victoria Secret, Unicorns, Lingerie, Betty Hoop, Men's True Religion ( 3xl shirts and size 40 jeans for my husband. ) , Jordans and unique heels ( stripper type heels, sparkly and especially anything including lace and tie up the leg into a ribbon. ) Playboy bunny clothing, jewelry and merchandize, MK and Coach perfume and purses.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 unfortunately you are going to have to give poshmark the correct address and update it in the system for them I can’t take the new address without a new label I’ve already contacted poshmark about the situation so they are aware I’m just waiting on their response.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 if you would like I can try to cancel the item on my behalf but once I do that it will just refund you and you will not receive the product.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I do see it was charged that is not the problem the problem is once I shipped it it said insufficient address which doesn’t mean the payment was incorrect but that the address was.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I’m going to wait to see what poshmark tells me I think I might have to wait till I get the item back before it will allow me to reprint a new label for you. Also poshmark would need to approve the new label before I would be able to resend it to you. If you can’t wait I definitely understand and can refund you for it. If you don’t mind the wait it may take a couple extra days to receive the item and get a new poshmark label for you.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I hope so I’m not sure what happened what’s weird is in the tracking through USPS it said out for delivery than it said insufficient address which makes me even more confused. Continue tracking the email poshmark sent you for tracking for the time being as I will for now as well.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 my fiancé who use to work for USPS said one thing you could try is if the package is still at the post office there now you can try and go pick it up and show them the tracking email and they scan it as picked up in the system for you that’s if the package is still there.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 it might be that it hasn’t reached the destination for that seller yet so she might encounter the same problem as me when it gets there I’m not sure. I’m still waiting on poshmark to answer me back sometimes it takes 24hrs.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I’m still waiting for the bag to come back to me it hasn’t arrived back yet poshmark told me if I don’t get it back by the 25th to contact them again that’s basically where we are at a stand still. I even asked them why it saids address doesn’t exist they weren’t sure either cause I told them you had other purchases that went to that address as well.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I just got the bag back today. Poshmark said they are going to contact you and have you verify your address for them once they verify it with you and the address is approved of on their end they will send me out a new shipping label and I will send it out ASAP.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I’ve been communicating with them that the item was sent but for some reason USPS sent it back because of the address I told them I have the bag back now and it’s ready to ship out as soon as I get a new shipping label. :)

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 it’s bizarre for sure what happened I even showed the tracking to my fiancé and he said that it seems like someone was being lazy at the post office and didn’t feel like dropping something off that day or something. When I got the box back yesterday it even had writing on it I was like what the heck is going on in the post office? But no worries I’m just waiting for a shipping label I already got the new box and purse all packaged up for you. Just waiting on the label now.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 what’s even weirder is how it said that same day it was out for delivery and then they said insufficient address which even my fiancé said is impossible because if it had actually been an insufficient address they would’ve not let it leave my local post office even he said.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 I am just as confused as you this is the first time as a seller this has happened to me as well. I have never had to contact poshmark support till now. I think someone must have hit a wrong button when scanning it in at the post office is the only thing I can think of.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 if you run into anymore problems with the address and for some reason they say it’s still insufficient I have no problem refunding don’t worry that’s worse case scenario and I’m hopeful they correct the problem so you can get your purse :)

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 my goodness that makes me think there was something definitely wrong within the post office if you received only 3 of your items but the rest said insufficient address. My fiancé said it was probably a rookie postman who didn’t know what he was doing because it’s literally impossible to be out for delivery than change it a couple minutes later to insufficient address.

I’m trying my best to get this situated all before Saturday night if it’s not and they are still having problems with the address no worries I will definitely refund you. I would just feel very bad because I know you want the purse and I’m trying my best to get it back out for you if worse comes to worse just know I will definitely refund don’t fear that.

itslovelyl @danielleleig635 if the seller did that it’s definitely against poshmark policy for the red pants because the person is supposed to wait for the item to return to them and then ask the buyer whether they would like a refund or to resend it out.
