rdcls @gensmiley I had an item in my basket, I put in my credit card information, and my shipping address, it said it had a problem with international shipping. So I tried putting in my friends address in New York, and it still said there was a problem. I went to email as they said, and the item disappeared from my basket. Not happy!

gensmiley @rdcls Oh no! I'm so sorry Danielle. Currently, the platform does not allow Canadian poshers to purchase from American poshers and vice-versa, which totally sucks. I know, because I've tried. Are you trying to buy something from a Canadian posher and the billing address for your credit card is in the U.S.?

gensmiley @rdcls Hi, me again. I just reread your note and if you are ordering from a Canadian posher, the address it's shipping to has to be in Canada. Otherwise, I don't think it'll go through 🙁 If you emailed customer service, they'll likely reply in 1 or 2 days.

rdcls @gensmiley no, I have a Canadian credit card, and I tried to deliver to Canada. However, I am currently in the US and somehow maybe it knew that. I did not even get a chance to email customer service. It kicked me out before I even got to click on the email address. I’d also like to know where the dress went. I took a picture of it but I don’t know how to send it to you. Every time I try to reply to you, I have to log back in and I’m not going to do that anymore.I’m done.

gensmiley @rdcls Oh Danielle, I'm so sorry! This sounds like a disaster 😱 I wish there was something I could do for you. And yes, I'm sure the system figured out you were in the U.S. based on your IPO - the location from where your accessing the internet. Since you keep getting kicked out of the system, the next thing I'd do is to try to reach someone at head office via LinkedIn or Instagram. Wish I had a phone # for you.

rdcls @gensmiley Do you have the email for Customer Service? I don’t do linked in, Pinterest or Instagram. This is very suspect, with no phone number?? I’m a lawyer, I’m tempted to call the police.

gensmiley @rdcls I'm sure there are phone numbers at Poshmark head office.like most online platforms, they're just really good at making it difficult to find for the general public. It's their way of streamlining incoming requests & complaints I would imagine. The only way I've ever been able to email customer service is by going to the Poshmark Support Center which is towards the bottom of the drop down menu at the top right corner of the screen. Then select Contact Poshmark Support & fill out the fields
