julypinked @agentred88 that’s odd, they advised that they need for you to open a case in order to make the claim. I’d love to offer you an incredible discount if there is anything in my closet that you like. I thought Poshmark would be able to refund immediately but this is taking so long. I will be on the lookout for a replacement bowl but, Iam unable to let you know how long that may be
