I reviewed the tracking status on posh and it states that it was held at the Chino CA post officer per the customer request on September 21st. Hope this helps so sorry for the inconvenience! Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

tdmgal yes, we were out of town for a week and we had our mail held. A few other packages were delivered this past Saturday, but not that one. How can this be resolved??

daffodilscloset @lperre2 Unfortunately you will need to contact that post office. They will need your permission to release the package. That is very odd they delivered others and not that one. Im so sorry about that. I know the post office is having some major issues currently.

Today I received a Large size silky Asian style jacket (black with green accents). I’m thinking that there was a mistake and this was meant to go to someone else. I will open a case with poshmark to issue you a return label so you can send it back. if you wouldn't mind doing so as well that would be great, if you are unsure how or cant that is fine too.
