janimack7 @the_trinket_box Hi, Danna! When you buy something, you have to “accept” the delivery before the seller gets paid. You then give a 1 to 5 🌟Star rating. After that, there is an optional “Comment” section. That comment is what POSHland calls a ‘Love note’! They are really appreciated, partly because when new buyers come to a closet, they often read the ‘Love Notes’ to see if they will trust that seller.💞🌼💞
