gemsbygwen @beautifynails hi! So sorry about the situation with the Eileen Fisher shoes. I did ship them out on May 1st, but unfortunately, usps has been having so many delays. Ive had missing packages, and have packages that I sent out with yours that still haven’t arrived to the buyers. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and also about the grass on the sole- I must’ve missed that. I work to keep my buyer happy and pleased with their purchases. Thank you for understanding 💗

sarasfabcloset Your top was shipped the very next business day after you purchased. Newsflash lady, if your package is delayed it is USPS fault! NOT MINE! I didn’t reach out to you because I thought it was pretty common sense to look at the tracking and see that your package is delayed. I guess not though. Until you learn this and learn that this issue is not the sellers fault, I would not suggest buying anything else online.

sarasfabcloset @gemsbygwen She left me a bad review too for ship time. I don’t think she understands that we are just normal human beings and have NO control over USPS. People like her you just can’t please no matter how hard you try.

olemuddy @sarasfabcloset checking back AGAIN on the order record for my purchase from you: 1. ORDER DATE - ——— 15 Jan 2022 2. ORDER COMPLETE - 31 Jan 2022 3. ORDER REC’D ———- 3 FEB 2022 There appears to be about a two week delay between the order date and shipping date. This is what I based my review on. It doesn’t appear that the USPS was at fault.

sarasfabcloset @olemuddy You ordered January 15th. That was on a Saturday. I shipped on Monday the 17th like I ALWAYS do. I always ship next business day. Literally go to my profile and it says I ship in 1 day. This is my full time job. The quicker I ship the quicker I get paid. What TF would I wait that long to ship? This is my full time job not just a side hustle.

sarasfabcloset @olemuddy You are highly mistaken lady. I wish I could send you a screenshot. Go to your purchase, click on your purchase from me (the red soft surroundings top) click more details, then click on the tracking number and scroll down to “tracking history” it is here that you will see that USPS was in possession of the item on January 18th. I shipped on January 17th but it can take 24 or more for it to start tracking sometimes.

sarasfabcloset @olemuddy BTW “order complete” means the items was delivered to you on that date. It took 2 weeks to get to you because of delays with USPS. NOT ME! I don’t get paid until 3 days after you receive the item, so I’m just as angry as you are that it took so long. But again this is not my fault. Like I said this is my lively hood and I do not deserve a bad review for something completely out of my control.

olemuddy @sarasfabcloset Your anger & language are not helping this situation. I’m trying to comprehend this & get past your lashing out at me when this could have been resolved in a much easier way. Out of over 30 purchases on Poshmark, this one & the one from your Poshmark associate you negatively discussed me with, were the only two I’ve given lower reviews to - both could have been avoided with better communication. I believe I now understand your position & will consider changing my review.
