rougelips @dannyconner I am sorry about your experience. People are people, just like in any other situation, you may run into different characters. Always, stay professional, reasonable and communicate in a matter-of-fact fashion. Be honest and polite. And remember that you do have an option to not respond to rude people at all if you choose to. It’s your right.

rougelips @dannyconner If the comment is offensive and unreasonable, you also have an option to “flag” the comment. The actual flag is located to the right off their message - click on it, and choose “offensive comment” option, it will get deleted immediately. You may also block the person to avoid any further contact. (This is the very least and last thing you want to do, but sometimes so necessary).
