dannybgy @dmode187 Hello, I contacted my supplier, all you have to do is send to product back to our supplier and they will send a size 12 back to you. Make sure to send the product back as to how you got them and they will send you a new pair with the correct size. Hope this helps.

dmode187 So it’s going to be completely legit when I send these size 11 back I’ll get a size 12 sent as soon as you receive them I just want to make sure and cover my ass you seem completely trustworthy and there are no reasons why I shouldn’t be hesitant I just am I guess it’s from the other boozoozs I’ve dealt w on here already

dannybgy @dmode187 Yes, once our supplier received your product, they will immediately send you a new one. I already contacted my supplier, once we have your tracking number and received your product we will send you your product and provide a tracking number for you.

dannybgy @dmode187 Hello, I contacted my supplier, unfortunately, US size 12 (EUR 45) is the biggest size we have if you don't want it the only thing we can do is refund you the money. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

dmode187 Everywhere I’ve been reading it says I should be going down a size from my normal size I’ve been an 11 since I can remember in my J’s in my AF1’s in my Max’s my Timbo’s you name it it’s just crazy every site I’ve been on says the McQueens run big

dannybgy @dmode187 Hello, for the one you have right now try to see if you can issue a refund and see if Poshmark will help you refund the product and give you a shipping label. For the one we are receiving today, we will continue to send you your new pair, and once it arrived and still doesn't fit, you can go through the same process. Hope this helps.

But yes that is definitely what I would like to happen is just get the refund as of now I mean I really wanted the shoes but having them on for a lil over a minute just sitting there was killing my feet trust me I tried hard as hell to make it mind over matter and I just couldn’t so yah if you can just refund me that is what I want

dannybgy @dmode187 Yes, Sorry for the late reply, I am communicating with my supplier, once they confirm they received your return product, we will immediately issue a refund to you. Blue tail or with styled shoelaces, if we received either one of them we will issue a refund to you, you don't need to worry. Maybe just some delay.

dannybgy @dmode187 Hello, sorry for the late reply, I contacted my supplier seems like there is a delay on your return product. However, if you issued the refund once our supplier confirmed they received the product, POSKMARK will issue the refund automatically. Hope this helps.
