jennhowe Dara! Did you not read the note??? It's cedar oil!!! That protects the cashmere. That's the smell. The tissue was treated with the oil- I do that as a bonus. Can you please remove that one star???? That is uncalled for! The item was dry-cleaned and very clean before shipment and in perfect condition. If you didnt like it you should have filed a claim, and posh would have returned. This is my full time job I take it seriously!!!!

jennhowe Cedar oil has a scent but it smells nothing like smoke and that is the absolute worst thing you can say- my merchandise is not ever around smoke.

darapaige @jennhowe the item was also damaged/ripped. Not wearable. I'm sorry this is your full time job but I don't have the time to file a claim. It's unfortunate the item wasn't to my liking. I shop on posh all the time and I've never had one issue until now.

jennhowe @darapaige you didn't file within the time allowed, and if there is a problem posh returns. I wasnt asking about the damage. Asking you to be a human being since what you posted is a lie and you also bear some blame if you chose not to file a claim. THE ITEM DOES NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE THANK YOU. Posh returns anything if there's a problem, clearly by what I have it was not intended if there is any flaw. Absolutely ZERO reason for that comment and not reaching out to me first.

jennhowe @darapaige I have given refunds on my own and hooked people up in same situations so maybe going forward reach out and contact the person. I don't care if this has " never happened to you" it hasn't for me either. I deal with nice reasonable people. You were at fault also - please remove that comment. Have a nice day.

jennhowe Hello again, since we've that established the origin of odor , that it was cedar- which actually smells good, and not cigarette smoke- can you PLEASE remove that terrible remark about my clothing stinking?! I do not sell merchandise like that. I will also give you a full refund if you send the item back to me.
