danimme4 Hello, I shipped out the Cat & Jack sandals to you earlier today. However, Poshmark just sent me an email saying that they were routing this back to me. The email said that Poshmark may have had a problem recognizing your address, but this seems strange, since USPS accepted the package. I will wait to see if the package comes back to me. danimme4 @dzwilling Ugh, I used the label that they sent me, so I’m really confused, and you can’t speak to anyone in person to get a better understanding of the problem. The message also said that once the package comes back to me, Poshmark will issue me a new label, so I can reship the item. Hopefully, it will be returned to me on Monday, so I can reship it quickly. I am curious to see if the new label is different from the first one.

danimme4 @dzwilling I used a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box, which I frequently use for shipping on Posh and it was definitely under 5 lbs. So weird, sorry for the hassle!! Once I receive it back, I will ask for the new label.

danimme4 Hi, I rcvd an update from Poshmark, there are tracking issues with the label, but they believe the item is being sent back to me. I'm hoping the package is actually on its way to you. I've been selling on eBay for 14 yrs and have had similar situations happen with confusing tracking details but the item ends up being delivered to the seller after all. Fingers crossed and I will keep you posted as I have new details. Thank you for your patience!
