dianejumplyons Darcie- Congrats on your wedding. Very exciting!!😍 The dress will go out on Monday. I took it to my Staples last night but they were having technical difficulties w UPS shipments and couldn't take it. I am out of town today and tomorrow. Shipment will go out Monday. Please share pictures with me...I just know you are going to be a beautiful bride.

dianejumplyons Darcie - I've been tracking the dress, it hasn't moved since June 29th. It shipped priority 2 day through USPS per the Posh shipping label. Yesterday I started a claim to have USPS tell us what is going on with the package. This is the tracking number and the latest status. USPS 9405510899359796206023 Latest Status: In Transit to Next Facility 06/29/2019 Just touching base with you so that you knew what was going on. I'll keep in touch. Take care!

darcie323 @dianejumplyons I have been tracking the dress and trying to figure out what was going on after it stopped moving too. I called USPS on Mon and didn't get much info other than it's "in transit". Of course after I flipped and told them that it's ridiculous that a priority shipped item that was supposed to be delivered last Thurs is now somehow lost"in transit" .they said it would be forwarded to a sup and I would be contacted by email. I haven't. My# USPS is CA143638504

dianejumplyons I just talked to the usps... I got a call back just to tell me that a case # was already created. They are going to (hopefully) call both of us by cob on July5 with status. I told them this was a wedding dress and very important to both of us...hopefully that will play to the emotional side of whomever is looking into this. Again...I'm really sorry.

Don't know who's more aggravated at this point me or my guy...I wanted to let you know that I emailed Poshmark and let them know about all the trouble we're having and how we've both contacted USPS at this point with no response. Maybe they'll get involved?

dianejumplyons @darcie323 When I saw your message alert pop up I was hoping this was good news. This is so aggravating, especially for you. I feel really bad that this has happened. When I last spoke to the USPS customer service I was told you and I would be contacted by cob yesterday, we have given them ample opportunity to respond. I'll reach out to Posh too... with the volume of business that they do, they have more "pull" than we do, I would hope. Stay in touch if you hear anything and I will do the same.

dianejumplyons Contacted USPS this morning. Found an agent who seems to be intelligent, named Lynn. Agent I spoke to previously told me that they could not issue me my own case, BUT Lynn was able to issue me my own case, CA143712991. Per Lynn your case sent to be followed up on by your local post office. The case she created was sent to the sorting facility in Easton MD, which seems to be the most logical place to look for the package. PLEASE keep me informed if you hear anything and I will do the same.

darcie323 @dianejumplyons I'm so frustrated I can't even deal with it. I got an email from Poshmark that they are still looking into it. It seems like they lost track of it in Easton so I'm glad that's where they are looking. We keep saying can't someone just look for it?? Hopefully they will finally find it on the floor and put in back on the truck!

dianejumplyons Hopefully having a case number assigned to the actual place where the package is lost will help. At least thats what Lynn said and she has been the most intelligent person I have come in contact with as of yet at the USPS.

I kept joking that this was a sign that we're not supposed to get married, I like your friend's version better and hopefully this will be the only snafu!!! darcie323 @dianejumplyons sorry, I was a bit distracted, I was still untying the bustles to put it away. It's a bit big which it's fine because that can be fixed and the length is exactly to the floor, I'll just have to wear flats or small kitten heels which is what I was wanting to do anyway since he's not much taller than I am. I called my mom right away to tell her how much I love it and was sending her pics of the beading detail which is even more exquisite than I hoped for!!! I'm for excited!!!

dianejumplyons @darcie323 You were great too! Definitely you're my new friend. So glad this worked out so well. I wore silver kitten heels (Sean's not too tall either) w a pearl and rhinestone bracelet and necklace. It looked great with the dress!
