karenlharris I’m sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. I inspect EVERYTHING I sell and would never pass something off without mentioning in the description. The clasp on the Silpada necklace has always worked from day one and was working with no issue when I sent it to you. Yours is the only 1 star review I’ve ever received....

darciejoe1 @karenlharris no worries... I didn’t mean to offend! the clasp wouldn’t stay open long enough to get the other part out... I finally got it & am going to add an extender. The clasp mechanism just isn’t working properly... Im happy to have it! thank you!

karenlharris @darciejoe1 a buyer has 30 days to change it. You can go to the order under the tab “my purchases” and select “edit rating”. Kind of you to be willing but only if you feel it’s necessary - I checked my posh stats and I still have a 5 star rating. No worries!
