everettandscout Typically in a case where USPS has lost the packaged, they will release my earnings AND refund you as a protection that poshmark offers for their sellers and buyers.

darcy_johnson @linenlace After I inquired you provided info. Prior to that it was a very abrupt post. Posting that on my wall was not acceptable. I am not a master on this site and had no way of knowing who you were. I certainly do not memorize the names of people I place orders with.

nabozny1 @darcy_johnson Hello Darcy. I'm so sorry to hear that you received the Silpada necklace broken. The postal service must have mishandled the package, as I would never mail a broken item to a customer. I have reached out to Poshmark and asked them to make an exception and help with this, even though it was passed the time period.

nabozny1 @darcy_johnson I'm glad you took the photo. I hope you sent the photo to Poshmark for evidence. I also hope they make an exception. I have all excellent ratings and Poshmark can access that. It should let them know the postal service damaged the item and you should not have to bear the brunt of their negligence.

nabozny1 @darcy_johnson Hi! Thank you very much for the rating change. I heard back from Poshmark and they gave a "canned response" that really didn't totally address my concern. One of the things they said was "please have the customer reach out to us". I responded that you have already reached out and to please make an exception and help you out. I haven't heard back yet, but will keep you informed. I gave them the original order # when I first messaged them, so you would think they (continued)

Now that you have given me 5 stars (thank you very much), your comment about the necklace being broken is showing up as a "love note" for my closet. Do you mind changing the first sentence to read, "Postal service damaged item." I'm afraid potential customers may think I shipped something broken and be afraid to shop in my closet. I would appreciate it so much.

I'm not sure if they looked at the subject line and thought they already addressed the communication or maybe I wasn't supposed to reply directly from their last email. If that was the case though they should have stated that. But, I just resent a whole new (& long) communication. I will keep you posted. Enjoy the rest of your day!
