dariamarinelli Hi Laury!! It looks like the shoes don't snap into the exercise bike I have at home- (I've only tried them in the bike and haven't worn them out or put them on otherwise)- what might be the best way to do a return? Would be utterly grateful! Thank you! DMM

lauryneileen @dariamarinelli unfortunately now I can’t do anything for 6 weeks I just had major back surgery on the 15th and I will be staying in the hospital for a time.. you will have to wait now. You waited for 2 weeks after purchasing which I responded on October 9th and now you’ve waited again. I’m sorry dear.
