boopboutique Hey there. Thank you for your purchase of the gray T top. It’s been wrapped and in its envelope for about 1/2 hour now. It’s waiting now for the postal woman in the am. beautyobsessed0 @luverofroses i’m also not responsible with the post office throwing items around roughly like I said I packaged it more than twice but if you’re not happy you can open a case. I see from reading these comments that you’re not happy with a lot of items that you’ve been buying from people I also see you’ve never left any ratings but yet you bought things from people so I’m guessing you keep opening cases to get refunds to keep the items.

beautyobsessed0 Even if I had another set of the lipsticks, I wouldn’t just send it to you for free I’ve asked you multiple times for pictures of the “smashed torn box” you’re claiming that you have, yet you to fail to provide those pictures. You would have to open a case to send the item back to me so I get refunded for the item and then I will send you a fresh new box. I always want my customer to be satisfied.

I asked if you had another set because I wanted to exchange this one for one that was not damaged so I could still give it as a gift. I have to do ALL my shopping on line because I am housebound. Did you have shipping insurance? I have done nothing wrong. My item did not arrive as described. I am only asking to return the set for a refund.

beautyobsessed0 @luverofroses The item got damaged because of the postal office, not me, I wrapped it in more than 2 pieces of bubble wrap. I only have large boxes for large orders. I had 28 other orders that day.. and no one else’s item was damaged. If you want a refund you would have to open a case. The problem is I can’t resell this now, either if they approve the return. Because by the time I get it back it’s going to be even more messed up.

I just find it very strange that you said you’ve ordered from the past and I can see that you have ordered in the past but you’ve never ever left any ratings on any previous orders which means you’ve been opening cases on every single item you’ve ever got because once you open the case you can’t leave a rating because that means that you got refunded

luverofroses @beautyobsessed0 Can't you resell the set with a damaged box? Surly someone else would not need the box to be in perfect condition. I am sure they would rather pay $40 than the $65 the other seller is asking. I am really not sure about what you mean about never leaving any ratings. I have left ratings but like I said, I am housebound and I do not always have access to a computer. I do the best I can.

Lots of potential customers like to read feedback to make sure the person is legit before they buy from them.. also a lot of sellers go threw the trouble of rushing to get the item to you ASAP and (some) will wrap it nicely and leave freebies all for that customer satisfaction and 5 star rating.
