Hi- This is embarrassing but I was packing your girls shorts up, and I noticed the tag wasn't with the shorts and so I has to look and they were with the basket of clothes to sell, I am not sure how that happened, I found two of the pieces but not the third white piece of the tag or the plastic connector, I added a picture on my closet page, I definitely wanted to let you know, they still are new unworn but the tag is not attached 😯 Let me know what you think, they are packed and ready to go ☺

@devcal2 - I contacted Posh to attempt to get you refunded for one of the shipping labels, but I was told that's not the way they operate and that I shouldn't have shipped the items together (even though weight was only 2lbs 7 oz) and 1 label is for up to 5lbs. They said next time I need to cancel your orders and create a Bundle for you to purchase instead. Maybe you can try to reach out to Posh Support.

@devcal2 - I feel awful that you paid the $6 extra for shipping on the second item. It's ridiculous. Posh wants us to be honest and provide quality customer service - they need to do the same!

How to Bundle multiple to only pay shipping once:
1. Go to the bottom of the listing of each item and click "add to bundle."
2. Click purchase for the bundle you created. Or make an offer on the bundle. The seller will accept the offer or counter-offer.
3. Wait for your goodies to arrive. ☺
