Hello ~ Thank you for your purchase. As I was packing the heels I noticed that they do not meet my standard. There seems to be a few dull spots on the side leather and a tiny nick on the side of the platform. near the sole. Although these issues would not be noticeable when wearing, I do not feel comfortable selling at the purchase price.

Your 1 star rating is extremely rude & false. The necklace was large as shown in pictures on the mannequin & not small at all. I also packaged it safely & nicely in sparkly paper & shipped it the same day you ordered it. You also didn't accept the package & posh had to release the payment. So why days later are you leaving a review? If you are unhappy with it we can do a return & I'll refund your money? Thank you

Your 1star rating is very unfair for a beautiful necklace that was as described and shipped undamaged & packaged pretty. If you were unhappy with it, you could have contacted support so we could do a return. But it's too late now since you've already issued your rating. I hope you will still enjoy wearing it 💕
