@katzkoz hello. Hope your having a fabulous day. I have a question. I ordered a pair of jeans which were described as bwt. I received them today. There are two small holes in one of the pockets. There were no pics listed showing the damage. Is there anyway I could private message the posher without putting out publicly. Thank you.

@mlnad If U intend to not keep them...especially if there are holes that were not mentioned, U heed to start a case to get Ur money back. It may have been an over site by the Posher but if therefore suppose to be Brand New, there shouldn't be holes

@mlnad If U go to where Ur order is inbPURCHASES, Do not accept them instead start a case .
What U need to do is take a couple of pictures of the hole and include them. Posh will evaluate it and more than likely U'll get Ur $$ back and a label will be provided to U to send them back

@mlnad I've had all kinds of excuses for returns from buyers which is why I ALWAYS take pictures of the item(s) before I send them out.AND some BNWT! So, it's a good thing I had pictures.
On a couple tho that were pre-loved, I didn't catch a snag or similar and asked that they send it back. No biggie. It hsppens

@mlnad My understanding, you cannot create a bundle for shoppers. Email & explain that you can either offer a discount on separate items, OR, if THEY put them into a bundle, you'lll be able to give them a better deal & (if you want to) give them discounted or free shipping depending on the price of the items. Once they create a bundle you can add more of their likes to their bundle. You can also ask them to make an offer on the bundle & you can accept or counter. Good Luck! How exciting!

Thank you! The buyer made two separate offers, for two items , but only had one item in her bundle. I could figure out had two add the other two. I accepted her offer on both items. Those this mean she will be charged twice for shipping or does Poshmark handle just charging her shipping once.
