CONTINUED - I purchased this really nice blouse and she put in an oversized box instead of an envelope, the blouse was in a ball and all wrinkled. So I gave her a 4 star and said packaging could use improvement and then she made a public sarcastic remark and then blocked me. Thanks for listening
