@joy2shop2 hey there! The shoes are called the ‘simple pumps’ with 1.5 inch platform. The heel higher is 4 inches (including the platform). Unfortunately I don’t have the box, but I have the dust bag and no there are no cracks or scratches on the patent leather. Just your usual wear and tear on the sole of the shoes as seen in the pics! @joy2shop2 I’m a US 10 and these are pretty sung on me...they actually feel half size smaller on me. Hope that helps!:)
