Hi, sorry I couldn't send the dress out Tuesday but my moms water pipe burst,flooded everything . Mom is 95 yrs young. It was a fight keeping water away from her equipment and I spend the day in water. By the time I got home post office was closed. I send it out Wednesday morning. Sorry for delay.
