I wonder if I can make this right somehow? I might be able to open a case to see if I can send you the correct shoes and you can just keep the ones I sent? I will let you know soon. sunshine_missa @dpbroccoli Okay, well if you would like to keep the shoes and your sister loves them, could you maybe change your rating a bit? It doesn’t have to be a perfect rating by any means but since we rectified the situation by you keeping the shoes instead of returning for the correct ones, it would be fair to raise your rating. I just want my customers to be happy but I’d also like a fair rating. Thank you so much for shopping my closet and I truly appreciate your business!
