chic_pineapple @aallen1980a Awesome! Here are some tips: 1. When poshers are searching for an item, they might not always just search the words “white dress”. They may search “graduation dress” or “party dress”. In your long description of the item, think what someone might be looking for and include that in your description. That way your item will pop up in more search results.

chic_pineapple You could say something like, “Perfect dress for a date night, party/special occasion, graduation, or pair it with a cardigan for work”. 2. Try searching your item on google to see if there are any stock photos of the item. Sometimes if you look at the tag or the tiny tag underneath the main tag, it will show you the date it was made. For instance 04/16.

chic_pineapple If you know around when it was made, you can search for your item plus the year. Once you find a photo, use that as your cover photo for the item. It’s a lot easier to see what the item looks like and it looks more professional.

chic_pineapple 3. Join a share group. If you search the word “share” and today’s date, you will find share groups. Basically everyone adds their name and you share 5-10 items from each person’s closet. Each share group has different requirements but it will get your items a TON of exposure! It does take some time on your part too, so just make sure you have some time throughout the day.

chic_pineapple 4. Search sold listings for the exact same or similar item and see how others described it. It will give you some inspiration and what your item may sell for. 5. Do not price your items too low. Many people equate low price with low quality. Also, it doesn’t give you much room to negotiate if it’s priced too low.

chic_pineapple 6. Try pairing your item with accessories or other items and take posed pictures. When you take the extra step, poshers will know you are serious about selling and take the extra time, which they will equate with your level of standards.

chic_pineapple 7. Make sure items are cleaned, ironed and photos are taken in good lighting. It makes such a difference. I also suggest the free photoshop app. There are lots of things you can do to improve your pictures or even create your own, like I did with my category headings.

chic_pineapple 8. The more you share your items to your followers as well as in parties, the more exposure your item gets. So share share share! 9. Increase your followers by following and sharing other posher’s items. Especially posh ambassadors! They have more followers so if they share your item, you will get more exposure. 😄

chic_pineapple 10. You can search poshers by size and brand, especially the sizes and brands you have listed. Follow them and then share a few of their items.
