pepera Very disappointed . bought an alex and ani dec birthstone for my daughter which she told me it wasn't a real alex and ani. Didn't have any of there charms on it. Bought this cause it was posted as a alex and ani and this was her birthstone

lolas_boutique_ Hey there! The weirdest thing has happened. I just got updated on another package just now that was shipped out today when yours was. I’m not getting notifications that yours is tracking. I only shopped two packages today and I KNOW for fact yours was packed and shipped. I went to look at the status and to my surprise it doesn’t show even shipped!

lolas_boutique_ @2darnell Hey! Looks like the post offfice found the package they LOST 2 days ago. I’m relieved but upset ...you know? I am a FAST shipper and this makes it look like I just sat around for two days before shipping. Please know that I did print and drop it off when I said I did. I’m just happy it’s on the way. This is the second package they have lost since dec.
