bettysrev Hi. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the purchase you made for the jacket with the broken zipper. However I think it’s a little unfair to give me a 2 star rating on the jacket when you were aware that the zipper was broken from the accurate listing. You wanted to cancel the order but I explained that Poshmarks offers are binding and I included several free gifts to make up for it even though I did nothing wrong. The listing was accurate.
