highenddesigns1 Hi Darrien, I'm very sorry that you're not happy with your purchase. I did not realize these hats were size L/XL, I thought they were all one size, otherwise I would have definitely included that information in the description box. I have already emailed Poshmark support and I am working on getting you a full refund. I would appreciate if you could amend your negative rating and review as I am working hard towards becoming Poshmark Ambassador but I understand if you're not willing to do that.

They wrote back the following: "Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. We do want to assist you in ensuring that your buyers have a great experience on Poshmark!

highenddesigns1 It seems that Poshmark has specific policy prohibiting returns and refunds after an order has been accepted and funds have been released. It's very unfortunate and I feel awfully about it.

highenddesigns1 I believe they would have allowed you to return your order and issued a refund if you had reached out to them before accepting it. Since you have accepted your order, Poshmark assumed all was ok and released the funds.
