@stonerdan Hi Dan, I left a comment but uncertain you were able to see it. The package I mailed you for your purchase was returned back to me today. I ruled out 2 reasons packages usually get returned.. but I used the correct priority box and the package is not overweight leaving me with the address which I generated from the system. Can you check on your side you have the correct one in the system? I believe it will allow me to generate another label. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

@stonerdan hi Dan, the only difference with the address is that South was not spelled out in the address, it was abbreviated as ‘S’ and had zip of 19104-4418. Could this have made the difference? I’ll respond to the email sent by the Poshmark Community Team. Based on what they are saying, I need to let them know about the address, and they are supposed to send me a new mailing label. Keep our fingers crossed. Thanks

@stonerdan hi Dan, I will mail tomorrow but the address labels are identical... I’ll use the new one generated and keep our fingers crossed. I’ll include the returned label underneath so you can see... I assume there’s no apartment number, correct? ... can you leave the mailman a message on your mailbox not to return a priority box perhaps? I am really trying to avoid the box from returning back to me! Thanks.

@emma_loves_posh I am having the package delivered to my college so that I can pick it up in the mailroom. I ordered some other clothes from this app and they were delivered alright. I’m not sure why yours was returned.

@stonerdan Dan, shipping it today but unsure why the post office didn’t deliver to you. I used the original box so you’ll see what they wrote as well as the return label to return to sender. They’re the ones who returned it. Maybe the mailman wasn’t having a good day. Not sure why they returned it. Keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth delivery this time. Thanks.

Hi Fan, so glad you finally received the package but keep in mind I didn’t ship the package late at all, I always ship next day but it was the mailman that returned your package as undeliverable the first time! Glad it worked out!
