Hi, I just wanted to check in with you about the sweater you purchased. The item was brand new out of the bag from the vendor, never worn, so what do you mean exactly by could improve cleanliness, and there was was a federal holiday and it was shipping ASAP. I even notified you of the delay, I cannot control the usps. So if you love it so much why the rating?
