obiea Hi I just wanted to let you know that those jeans were hardly ever worn and that’s how that particular wash is. They were stored away for awhile so I’m not sure what you mean by could improve. I apologize if they were not to your satisfaction.

shopglennie @daveezdanowski8 Hi Davee. The jeans were placed on top of the bags in the box that you purchased. The jeans WERE INCLUDED in the box. I have never had an issue with this before and I always double check to make sure all items are accounted for to each box for each buyer. I unfortunately can not help you. It is very strange that you acquired the bags and not the jeans.
