I’m messaging you in regards to the Charles Jourdan booties. They are in great shape and are beautiful but there is a little bit of wear on the sole and for $70 I feel like they should be in pristine, almost new condition. I was just getting ready to ship the shoes this morning. I am very upset with myself. I started looking at things under a magnifying glass and I had no idea that there is a small tear in one of the straps on the shoe. I cannot imagine how much aggravation I have put you through and this is not the way I conduct business. (Cont.)

These shoes are so beautiful and I’m so upset over it. There is no excuse for me not seeing this, I try so hard to see everything. If you see anything in my closet you like, I will give it to you for next to nothing and I will give you the shoes for free. The straps are so sturdy that I don’t think it will break and it’s only about an eighth of an inch. I can’t apologize enough and please let me hear from you to let me know what to do
