greatfynds @lamont03 I am so sorry about the cowboy hat. I will be happy to refund your money. The packing seemed fine to us but obviously it was not. Rather than get such a low rating I would rather refund your money. I have not had this problem and I am very sorry.

dmessimore @sarahnoble00 Sarah, I received the Boots, they're in good condition, however I'm disappointed in the product , I wish you would have stated they were man made material , I see that you have other Boots in your closet, that you list as leather, so I'm confused as why you didn't say what these were? I'm actually laughing right now, because I've purchased Tony Lamas boots three times, and they weren't much more than these in price, I trusted my gut feeling , haha. I keep em and use em to ride

I'm not Hating, like I said I'm laughing, leaning into the learning curve, cheap education can be invaluable sometimes, I was lazy, should have done due diligence, so no problem. I can't rate a five on this, I don't want to give a bad rating, but it kinda is a mid range deal, your thoughts on that before I submit?

It’s small but we both know that it is likely from a bike I have washed this before and did not see it or I might have tried shout.
