Hi. I received my items just now and the planter is broken. The vase is in perfect condition. I have photos of the box and vase. I see you tried to pack it carefully but unfortunately it didn’t arrive in one piece. I am not sure how to proceed but I did let Posh know. Sorry.

@shopforsure I am sorry about that! I packed in a way I thought it would be safe.
I am not sure how this works but I’m sure Poshmark will facilitate. Obviously refunding you half of the cost is in order but that is up to you. Thank you and apologies:(
