fubar86 @leyvlee It's okay! I just figured/hoped you were busy having fun! Thank you so much for accepting my offer. I took a job at a university in Germany this fall, and I need to update my wardrobe. That sweater with some gray flannel trousers will get me through my day-to-day. It's exactly what I was looking for, and it's going to be super well-loved. Tell your husband he has great taste. :)

fubar86 @leyvlee Oh, it's not a big position -- it's actually like a first job after grad school. I just finished my Ph.D. at Princeton in Russian literature (of all things... ha!), but I also do work in German, and I was invited to there to do a post-doc, so I'll mostly just be schmoozing (in German! yikes), writing articles, and trying to get my book published. But I wanted to look a little more grown-up, you know? ;) I'm really excited. :)
